All sale items are subject to availability at time of order. Online price includes discount and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Sale discount cannot be applied to previously bought items.

 

Excluded products from promotions

• WAB reserve the right to amend our conditions at our discretion and without prior warning.

 

Prices

WAB makes every effort to publish and advertise the correct prices for its products.  Occasionally we make mistakes and reserve the right to correct pricing information without notice or to cancel orders where the incorrect price has been applied.  We will always inform you if your order has been cancelled for this reason.

• Prices are correct at time of publishing.

• It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

 

Portrayal of products

• All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

• While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.

• WAB always individually checks and photographs each order to ensure the products are of the highest quality before despatch.

 

Copyright, image rights and intellectual property rights

• All rights, including copyright, image rights and intellectual property rights, for this website are owned by WAB.

• Any use of this website or its contents, including copying in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of WAB.

• You may not modify anything on this website for any purpose.

 

Safety regulations

​

For our personalised text paint we use certified Toy Safe by Rustic-oleum. For our colour finishes we use Wood Finish Direct products with a very low V.O.C., which are environmentally friendly wood dyes. To feed and give an anti-bacterial finish we use Ronseal Anti-Bacterial Worktop Oil which is also food safe. All our wood is reclaimed and locally sourced by us in Bristol. If we have had to go a little further afield for the wood it will be specified in that product’s description. Our Serving Board Family are produced from soft wood and the Elevated Rustic collection has a variety of hard and soft woods.

 

Important stuff

Caution: NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. Lightly wash with warm soapy water and leave to air dry. Use high-grade food safe wood oil to feed and prolong the life of your board on a regular basis. The board needs a maintenance coat when water on the board’s surface smudges instead of forming beads or when the board has lost its sheen. We recommend Ronseal Anti-Bacterial Worktop Oil and following their instructions on the tin. For more details check their website.

The boards are made for light use and come into their own when beautifully displaying food. However, we would not recommend hot or particularly wet food directly on the boards. These are serving boards and are not meant to be used as an everyday bread or chopping board as they are softwood (the only exception to this is the occasional hardwood board from the Elevated Rustic collection which will be mentioned in the item’s product description).

If a product is recalled for any reason, you will be contacted.

 

Availability

All items are subject to availability.

​

If the item is out of stock the website should indicate the next restock date for this item. Cancellation

​

Once you have placed an order for personalisation we will notify you 24hrs before the personalisation process starts. During this time you may cancel the contract, once this time frame has lapsed you will no longer be entitled to cancel. If you need to request a cancellation during the 24hr period email hello@wabhome.co.uk.

 

Please note your right to return products does not apply to personalised items or those made to your specifications unless faulty.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Liability disclaimer

WAB shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon WAB by statute. WAB cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until 14 days after delivery.

This statement does not affect your statutory rights.

 

When you place an order to purchase a product from WAB, your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us by way of a despatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed as accepted in such despatch note, do not form part of the contract.

 

WAB endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, it does not warrant that all information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors.
