We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery. Personalised items will be shipped 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. All items are tracked and you will be sent an email from the courier company with your tracking details. Please specify at the time of placing an order any important delivery information. P&P will be added at 1 kg £7.50, 1-2 Kg £9.50,
2-4 kg £11.50, 5-10 kg £15.50. For P&P above 10kg please contact prior to ordering.
Express or Next Day Delivery
If you need a special or urgent delivery service please call us and we will seek to provide you with the best postal option for your needs. Please contact us on 07913 109325 before 12 pm in order to request this service so that we can guarantee delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide this service on items using our personalising service.
We hope that you are over the moon with everything you buy from us, but we also understand that there will be times you need to return items. Due to the nature of our business and that boards are made to a customer’s colour preference we can only offer an exchange on these boards. In the event of this, you will be responsible for paying the return postage and the board will need to be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any personalised boards unless there has been an error on our part. In the very unlikely event of this please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to correct this as soon as possible. Please make sure all the personalising details are correctly written at the point of ordering as it will be produced exactly as ordered. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect message or spelling! We are unable to offer personalisation if the wording is deemed rude or against our company values. Please contact us in advance of placing your order if you are concerned and check your personalise message is acceptable under those conditions. If this does occur after the order is placed we will contact you via phone or email to offer a refund. You are also entitled to change your personalised message and proceed with your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service without this it is not guaranteed that we will receive your returned item. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live
